Kane's Wrath is a brilliant game but only has around 12 missions whereas Tiberium Wars has 15 missions for each main faction (allies and NOD) with a bonus faction - The Scrin which has 4 missions. In Red Alert 3 I believe each faction (there are 3) has 9 missions each. The missions in RA3 seem more diverse and you never know what will happen next.
