In the Oculus software, go to Devices, click on "Quest 2 and Touch," go to "Graphics Preferences" under "Advanced," change the refresh rate to 120 Hz, and click "OK." I feel like I am getting pretty poor performance on Half Life Alyx. I have a 3700x 3060ti 16gb ram. I am using virtual desktop to play Alyx on my Quest 2. I did everything I have seen suggested such as disable motion smoothing and keep render scale at 100.

I picked up HL Alyx today and am having a ton of fun except for the fact that every time it loads between levels link bugs out. Level loads on my monitor but headset (quest 2) stays black. If I can get back to the oculus home (which is only sometimes) the option to even get back into link disappears.
