jon96789. If you are using a Corsair AIO water cooler along with the Commander Pro and the AIO is not appearing in iCue, I might have a fix for you. The problem is most motherboards have only two USB connectors. The Commander Pro requires one connector and the front USB ports requires a USB connector. This means that there is no connector
Hi, I just attached a new Commander Pro to my PC. I am seeing that Commander Pro has a led indicator on its body, but it does not light up. ICue properly recognizes Commander Pro.
Once you load into Windows, you will need to set-up both the Commander Pro (for the LL fans) and the Lighting Node Core for the QL fans. Lighting Setup - you must designate the fan type and the fan number so the program can generate the correct amount of LEDs. See the thread below for general help and for identifying the components.
Posted April 5, 2021. Hello! So, recently I believe my fans ports to my commander pro are being destroyed for some reason. I have been using new corsair products for about 3 months now. Two weeks ago all three of my fans stopped working ( I have 3 fan splitter ), my response was to switch power ports on the commander pro. Using a straightened paperclip or similar, press the reset button found in the hole described and whilst continuing to hold the reset button down, reconnect the SATA cable (three hands would come in useful here). Release the reset button. After a brief-ish period, the Commander Pro should be recognised by the system. It came with the corsair commander core, which I didn't really want to use but the pump has a unique plug that can only go into the commander coreguess I gotta use it. Installed it and the iCue software. iCue would not see the CPU cooler, the lights and fans working, but cannot customize the lighting. Tried reinstalling a bunch but no luck. 6xKFG.
